The knuckle dusters are probably meant to be put ON the gauntlets or attached to them somehow. They seem big enough to be, anyway.

And the punishment comes in the form of hugs. Not as good as ItE's, but Chizuru's had LOTS of experience hugging people, as Mio and just about everyone else in the Hero Club could probably tell you.
