I can see the logic in it, but mainly Chryssa's not going to even GET to use her damage bonus OR her RES bonus primarily because buffers. I'm not worried about the balance here because it's pretty obvious it'd get harder to fill the meter, I'm more worried about the extra maths I WOULD have to do to calculate Chryssa's shenanigans because now half her stuff would basically need to be done separately if, say, Garnt, Alria, Idou or Eirika were to use their full-party buffs or someone else buffs her directly.

Unless you'd like to clarify what 'no positive modifiers' means.

The perk is supposed to buff RES. The damage doesn't ramp with Relentless, as it's not affected by positive modifiers. And I meant to tack that on as well as that it takes up a turn to empty said meter.

Alright, so the meter is pointless then, because it would just get out-prioritised by positive modifiers either way, and there are ridiculous amounts of people who grant passive buffs.

Chryssa already ramps up decently with her actions. To add more ramping up would be madness. Keep in mind she has the health to lose, unlike the last time we had this discussion, as IIRC she has the second or third highest health, as only Mio and Anna have more.

Go buff something else with the perk.
