Overarching Power Level seems pointless without actual interactions with the abilities. Yes, they could be higher level, but without an actual effect FOR being higher level, you basically get a prettier lightshow with no actual effect in combat.

Make Something Up is fair enough, but I would increase the amount of times he needs to memorize the pattern to three uses. Unless I'm wrong, Alan's not exactly in possession of an eidetic memory.

Mio survives because of the Fairy Barrier. She can't be killed unless something is outright killing her in combat.

However, if a giant space monster then tried to kill her, THEN she'd die.
