((I'd personally think it's a little unfair to kill Ian off, considering from all appearances he didn't even get a chance to fight back against a boss-level enemy. At least Bisnif had the opportunity to counter-attack.....))

Everyone does the things. They all meet at the cafeteria. Ian takes 5 damage from being moved. He has bluish looking crystals growing out of his stomach wound. Eng's Healing kit seems to be doing negative things instead of positive things as the crystal grows faster.
