((SB is currently being heretic scum not posting, so.....))
Conall, Caster
There is no point filling up on Prana. You are full up from last night's Prana guzzling at the Shrine, plus you regained Prana during your rest.

And how will you fill up Prana, Caster? Will you use the leylines, knowing that the Masters know where those are, or will you use another method?

Kaho, Napoleon
Convince Roll:
[....??] Convincing an entire police force isn't as easy as it may look. In a city like Neo Kyoto, there are hundreds, if not thousands of police officers, including desk jockeys and field workers, all who, to pull off a successful coverup, would need to be convinced with far more than just words, or the bribery of higher-ups to overlook transgressions.

Granted, individuals can be easily swayed , especially for a conqueror of your calibre. That is the good news.

The bad news, the only individual you locate is, unsurprisingly, a traffic officer putting tickets in a car parked in a short stay space for longer than five hours. However, Napoleon's force of personality convinces him to listen to you, if only for a minute.
What are your orders?

Andrzej, Lancer
Surveillance it is. You two decide to split up, knowing that is likely the best way to find a fight, and call the other to them when they locate one.
Surveillance Roll:
[16] Andrzej locates the French looking Servant again, talking to a very enamoured looking traffic officer.

[2] Lancer locates nobody, much to his chagrin.

Toko
There are no Masters in combat within your area.

John, Caster
Surveillance Roll:
[6] You do locate a suitable place for a base; an abandoned warehouse, down in the Old District, abandoned from the earthquake of 2007. It was formerly a storehouse for fish products, and still smells faintly of tuna. However, with only two doors; a large one to admit trucks into it, and a smaller service one for people, both in front of it, and the only windows located above the door, intruders would find it hard to get in without being seen, especially with a little magic.

Do you wish to use this place?

Mageline, Archer:
Unsurprisingly, the Magus Organisation doesn’t exactly have a single phone number one can call them at; they aren’t really a public organisation. After all, people without experience of magecraft may press magi to use their magecraft recklessly regardless of the consequences, which would result in potential chaos.

That said, they have a few front organisations which Mageline is aware of. She calls one that poses as a pet charity. She contacts them.

”Hello, this is the Pet Rehoming Society, how may I help you?”
Mageline will have to convince the person on the phone that she is actually a mage.

"H-hi....C-Celia...."

23001
Yuri gives her a curt nod.

23002
Have I mentioned that it's my Birthday today? Because it is. Just shower me with birthday congratulations already.
Happy birthday..... A-are you happy now? B-baka...

23003
Sabrina shyly waves at her.

23004
Sabrina finally arrives downstairs.

23005
Luckily for Kumo, Yuri left him some breakfast, covered in foil.

23006
It is lunch now.

Well, the weaker ones get picked off by the likes of the Order of Saint George and the Weiss family. The stronger ones probably have bigger fish to fry than controlling a bunch of weak, fragile humans. Those who actually want to get everyone ganging up on them due to trying to upset the status quo. And so on....

23008
For one, there are equally immensely powerful immortal beings (dragons, gods, etc). Most of them might get assassinated.

23009
Sylver looks surprised by this. "Really? Like what?"
"Let us just say, charges of a rather.....infernal persuasion."

23010
"Nothing to apologise for, Miss Celia.
