1. There will be three phases per ingame day.
-The Morning phase, where players will be gathered in a hub to be talked to and may discuss evidence, murders and other things. Any murders committed at Night will be declared here.
-The Day (Free Time) phase, where players are free to do as they wish, including and up to murdering another player.
-The Night phase, where players are gathered in a hub and sent to their dorms again. Any murders committed in Morning and Day phase will be declared here if not found by a player prior. Murders can be committed in the Night phase, but will only be detected in the morning.
2. Murders committed will not be automatically announced. A murder committed, whether player-made or NPC-made, will only be declared during the Night/Morning phase unless discovered by a player.
3. Once a murder is discovered, every player will be gathered in automatically, regardless of phase to discuss.
4. Once the gathering is over, the game regardless of time will enter the Investigation phase. All players must now find and locate evidence relating to the murder and decide if said evidence is relevant. This evidence can be anything from a physical piece of evidence to a verbal confession recorded. Once all players deem all possible evidence to be gathered and one informs Monokuma(or the equivalent entity), the Trial phase will begin, and a list of viable suspects recorded.
5. During Trial, all players will gather in and discuss the evidence, discussing their reasons for narrowing down the suspect.
6. Once all arguments for and against all potential suspects' innocence have been made and a suspect declared, it will be determined if the players succeeded in finding the murderer.
7. If the players are correct, the murderer will be executed (and if a PC, will be out of the game). If the players are wrong, however, everyone except the murderer is executed.
7a. If everyone but the murderer is executed, the game will reset to when the murder was committed, with all still-living players alive, giving you a second chance to find the real killer. If the killer is not caught this time, the game ends and will restart from the last trial, with a different murder victim and killer selected.
7b. If any players are killed between the murder and trial and everyone is executed, only the executed players will return.
8. If the murder was in fact a suicide, nobody is executed. If, however, someone is judged to have driven the person to suicide, they will be punished as if they were the killer.

-Twin is only running trials and anything else, not the murders themselves, so please direct these to me.
-The murderer will PM me with an action attempting to kill another player or an NPC.
-I will roll for if the player noticed you. It's a d20, and anything under a ten means they notice (translation: I will PM them and notify them of the murder attempt) and get to fight back or run.
-If they fight back, five rolls are done. If three or more rolls are in their favour, the would-be victim escapes and the murderer is incapacitated for the whole phase. If the three rolls are in the murderer's favour, the murderer succeeds.
-If they run, five rolls are done, with three rolls in favour of the victim meaning a successful escape, and three rolls in favour of the murderer meaning a successful kill.
-If the kill is successful, there will be another roll for witnesses. Anything under a ten means there's a witness who saw you, with varying degrees of actual identification of the killer, and they escape automatically.
-If the kill is unsuccessful for any reason, the would-be victim may flee and basically rat the would-be killer out to everyone. Monobadger won't care, however; as far as he's concerned, no rules were broken because you didn't kill anyone.
