I cannot into economy, so this explanation is likely bullshit, but the Principal COULD have gotten the money off various front groups he owns in addition to the school, as well as the various rich patrons of students going there, amassed over the last three centuries or so the school's been up.

The money would be legit. This does put into question HOW rich these patrons are, however.

So how is Tori in Larissa's room? Last I checked, it was Larissa/Sabrina/Madi/Jana.
