« on: June 25, 2015, 01:51:47 am »If we have 3 Smith's the ore is split between 3 so each of us crafts less so our skills develop slower due to being used less or we have to spend a lot more time just sitting in mines to make up for it.....
It isn't as if none of us can buy picks. Just do what Blitz said.
