Rena suddenly whips out a flail that's larger than her and definitely larger than Asuna and smashes it into the bark of a nearby tree almost non-chalantly.

"I know, I know, I...you know? You get it, right? It'd be nice to have someone to talk to here who doesn't just want to look up my skirt or take lewd pictures of me because "Oh look, it's Rem, she's got such a hot body"! I-I didn't think this through at all..."
"....how do you deal with this? Oh, man, my sister must be so worried..."

"W-well, uh, I-I used to work at this noodle place back in Kaisei, a-and one of the regulars was an ex-girlfriend of Rosencrantz."
"She was always talking about how understanding he was a-as a boyfriend, h-how he didn't care that she looked like Raphtalia or that she was Revivian and was always nice. S-she was always saying that breaking up with him was something she only did because of his asswad of a brother. Said that he'd have to choose between him and living his own life a-and that she was always ready when he was ready to ditch Guildenstern."
"I-I, uh....I might've fallen for him just from her describing him. He just seemed so sweet from what Maya always described him as, a-and you know how it IS, with people always treating us like the people we look like and the attention we get that we don't like....s-so you can understand that s-someone like that would be my ideal boyfriend and I kinda wanted someone to talk to like that who wasn't my sister."
"When I, uh, got booted out of Kaisei, I-I kinda got lost as to what to do, s-so I, uh...I decided to go....find Rosencrantz."
"A-and when I found out he was heading up to Begnin, I-I kinda....decided to get there to meet him."

"....do you know anyone who MIGHT be interested in him? He...uh....he really seems like a guy you could easily fall for, is all."
Inconsistencies are piling up here, and you can sense there's definitely something not right. Not about Rena, but about what she's said before.

Rena guides them a little ways away from the fire to keep them out of earshot.

"Okay, so..."
"This is going to sound a LITTLE awkward, but...."
".....what do you think of Rosencrantz? I'm assuming you guys, like, know each other pretty well, so I wanted to know what you thought about him."

The next few minutes are a blitz of activity, as a late afternoon meal is set. Jeff and Don are tending the fire, their hilariously large frames looking ridiculous next to the relatively small fire, while Rosencrantz is helping grab some food to cook. Milly and Serena take their places around the fire as Rena allows the party to join her group sitting by it. The hooded figure sitting by the fire recoils away from the group with a hiss, electing to sit on a rock away from the group instead.

Milly sits with Blobbington in her lap by the fire.
"I-It's real nice of you to i-invite us over to eat."
"Like I said, it's no trouble at all. It's what we can do for fellow adventurers."
"It's about time someone was so hospitable to me...and the others here, of course. It's a nice feeling, being treated like a welcome guest for once."
