Biography: A complete madwoman, Blake was always the first to jump into a fight- and often the only one still standing at the end. So much so was her skill in battle that she began to manifest the use of Ki attacks during one particular fight involving a very drunk Saiyan and a ton of beer barrels. Since then, the woman, eager to hone her skills for a good fight, began to train under the best she could find, mastering her own ki techniques and learning others at the same time.

Abilities
Dragon’s Gift - Being from the planet where the Dragon Balls are most often used, this race has a multiplier of 1.5 to their side of the power equation when attacking or defending.
Dragon’s Wisdom - Being from the planet where the Dragon Balls are most often used, this race has a frightening ability to have techniques created by them to have a key portion of the creation multiplied by a factor of 2, allowing techniques to be created faster or more powerful with shorter charge times.
Indomitable - During times of crisis, the power of the strikes of humans can skyrocket and have them punch above their weight by, if below 10% health, pouring their own life energy into their attacks, for an addition to the Dragon's Gift multiplier equal to how much health is spent.

Appearance: Blake rams a concentrated burst of Ki centered around her enclosed fist- of course, shaped as a fist- into the enemy. The amount of Ki concentrated into this increases with charge, as will the damage.

Effects: Dependent on how long she charges up her attack. Generally, though, the result will probably be the enemy being smashed into the air and damaged for 1 (minimum) - 3 (maximum) damage.

Appearance: The user glides across with Ki.

Effects: Launches the user into the air.

Name: Ki Empowerment
Inventor: Mentor
Appearance: The user enshrouds themselves in Ki, temporarily increasing their physical agility and strength.

Effects: Boosts Blake's damage output from physical attacks, the Sullivan Special and the Ten-Ton Sullivan Special by x1.2.
Exertion: 2 per round Ki Empowerment is left on.

Name: Ten-Ton Sullivan Special
Inventor: Blake Sullivan
Appearance: Similar to the Sullivan Special, Blake uses an orb of concentrated Ki to hit the opponent. Only here, she's enshrouded in said ball of Ki energy, and she's flying straight at you at very high speeds.

Effects: The enemy is heavily damaged and possibly stunned by, y'know, being smacked into by a muscular lady shrouded in ki energy. 7 damage.
