She looks over to Mizure.

So basically everyone who was in the room when Kiri and Kumo talked about manipulating foxfire (except Matthew).

That makes it everyone except Jana and Lex would know he's a Kitsune.

And I'm fairly sure Yukari's powers are all known to the GM.

As I said, just let Twin deal with it, he's the GM. Either Kevak cleared it- no reason to complain then- or Kevak didn't, and the GM will hand down verdicts.
