Meanwhile everyone (except Karma) has at least 1 point with Tohru. Even Nana. Biraindo, Virgil, Nadeko and Yoshida have been fairly nice to her, so 2.

So in Nadeko's case:
Nadeko in Tohru's eyes: 2
Tohru in Nadeko's eyes: 1
