Meanwhile, Maria pulls out her musket.
"If there are no further concerns, we'll begin our operation. My group, follow me."
With that, she heads the opposite way, presumably to an opposite flight of stairs.

Maria, meanwhile, looks around at her group.
"Those of you with tougher or physical-oriented Personae, bring up the front; that means Nadeko, Virgil and myself- that will serve to hold down the stronger ones and keep them down.

Tohru, Evron and Biraindo will bring up the back, providing fire from behind. We'll get to Loki with relative ease if we hold formation. Hopefully Karma doesn't get himself killed."
Meanwhile, Kyousuke's sigh can be heard in everyone's heads.
"So, why am I picking up Karma running headlong into a group of eight Shadows alone?"

Speaking of which, there is a MASSIVE group of Shadows right in front of Karma.

A roar can be heard from the door of the labyrinth. Maria looks back at everyone.
"Well. It looks like it's about to open. You all ready?"
All characters have received: Bulletproof Vest (-10 damage).
All characters have received: Base Weapons. (15 base damage, dependent on weapon type.)
