It's just after everyone's unlocked their Persona and everyone's currently in the headquarters of the team in charge of rescuing victims of Achronos. Most of everyone's left because two characters got into a fight. Also, Emp is plotting something and I'm very scared as to what.

Yeah, he kinda deserved it. Virgil is a bit of a foil to Karma, I am pretty sure Karma can't stand him. He also has the impulse control of a kleptomaniac squirrel.
