The captain is sent reeling. Glaring at Kyle for a second, even he's scared that she might pull some seriously tough move, if only for a split second.

The air is tense as she continues glaring at Kyle.

She then rings the bell and looks to the next candidate. The tension dissipates.
"Next."

"Those of you who didn't get in, better luck next time. Those who did, we meet tomorrow and every Wednesday from that week on!

You can go to your other clubs now! Have a good day!"

"I… I was second!?" Anita seems incredibly surprised by this, having expected fourth or fifth at best. She was sure something couldn't… was she really that swift in her strokes, that powerful in her kicks? She seems to just stand there, rather stunned for the first time in a long while.

Minori doesn't seem to be saying anything else.

It seems she is indeed second.

David begins hanging stuff up. Speaking of David, he has already turned in his Light Music papers, for Guitar and Cello (occasionally vocals?) for his instruments.

Yui smiles and shakes her head.

Madoka continues humming her marching song.
"So, how was student council?"

Yuri DOES have difficulty striking due to how close they both are.

She goes for armlocks and grappling instead. Yuri locks Yu's elbow and twists it before she can strike.

David picks her up barely, in a hug. It doesn't last long.
"Alright, what are we setting up with?"

Hmm... I believe Akemi-chan would be the best fit for President. She has a lot of energy and drive. I don't know who for vice president, however...

Madoka giggles, before pointing at the stuff.
"Just some banners and stuff to get people to join our club!"

Tod....hot damn. He nearly knocks her out, which causes her to give him a glare as she quickly counters the punch and lowers his hand forcibly.

Despite that, however, Tod gets the impression she's impressed, judging by the fact her glare lessens as she rings the bell to signal the fight stopping.
"We're done here. Next!"

*locks SB in a room and hands him a pistol with one bullet* You know what to do.))

((Oh for fucks sake, Projeck and Elf and KJ and Cado are offline for another eternity.))

((SB was found dead at his computer yesterday. Several knives were found stabbed into his back and groin, as well as ten bullets in the back of his head and bleach in his stomach. The police say it was a suicide.))

"Right, you runts. Your tryouts will involve fighting, obviously. I want you to fight me.

I will say whether I want you in or not."

Tryouts do start indeed!

Do disabilities have to be debilitating (para/quadriplegia and whatnot), or could they be something that is likely to kill the person(muscular dystrophy, pulmonary heart disease), or affect their perception (synesthesia, actual OCD)?

The latter- the protagonist of the original VN had arrthymia, and at least two characters (one of my PCs and one of the NPCs) is synesthesic.
