The bell sounds for dinner's end. Normally, students would be allowed out, but as this is the first day, students must be accustomed to their dorms and so must stay inside.
Students have to report to their dormitory buildings for a register by the dorm's patrolling teacher. They can then do whatever they like for another hour inside the dorm before curfew and then lights out.
You have ten minutes before the register.

Oh, okay. Now I've got a clearer idea of what's going on. I assumed this was going to be some sort of mega crossover ala-SSB or something, but eh, idea's still interesting.
