Damnit elf why was I not made aware of this? Also PTW, for a eventual character.

Name: Iona Brook
Age: 15/16
Gender: Female
Race: Water Elemental.

Description: Her eyes are a dark blue, her hair is cyan, with some slightly sharkish teeth. She has a slightly tanned skin tone. She is slightly below average in height, and then also is light. Her outfit is mostly mismatched, yet at the same time seems to be an attempt to be fashionable.
Personality and Background: Similar to her element, Iona is... bubbly, to say the least. Hailing from some relatively normal river-side town, Iona would go about, helping people do things, only to get distracted by a shiny thing or something. After quite a few years of this, she ended up with the bright idea to go to the city, and then left.

Magic and Equipment:

 She has a few stones of various shapes and sizes. According to her, they're shiny(They aren't that shiny.)
 She also has a small knife made of ice, which she rarely uses.

Name: Pendle. Nobody knows if that's his first name, last name, title, genetic experiment designation, or something else entirely.
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Race: Monster. A mouse furry like humanoid.
Description:  Slightly shorter than the average human, with reddish-brown fur (Think cherry wood). His stomach and neck is a sort of off-white. Tends to wear fairly loose clothing, particularly fond of a leather jacket he got some time ago. Has the ears, eyes, and almost nonexistent claws of a mouse, though with human-like hands. His tail is fairly long, even by "mouse" standards, and when he isn't walking, he tends to keep it wrapped around his leg. He has a fairly thin and wiry build.
Personality and Background: Somewhat shy, preferring not to speak when possible, but willing to put himself out there. Tends to be somewhat distrustful at first, but quickly warms up to people. Usually found in very high places, preferring the heights to anywhere else. Mildly claustrophobic.
His parents died some time ago, leaving him on the streets. He managed to survive by begging, scavenging, and when things were harsh, some minor theft. Despite his rough upbringing on the streets, he tends to be fairly naive and optimistic. He has, however, learned to fight somewhat, or at the very least run away from battles he can't win. Now, he works as an assistant to a wizard. He's never excelled with magic, but he knows enough to vaguely comprehend what's going on.
Magic and Equipment: Always keeps a small knife on hand at all times, usually tucked into a pocket inside of his coat. In addition, he loves swordplay, though he tends to be fairly clumsy in battle. His main method of combat, though, is unarmed. Being fairly agile, he prefers dodging around opponents and hitting them when they're tired. Though his claws are far from sharp, they still sting, making his punches marginally more effective. As far as magic goes, he mainly uses a handful of summoning spells, though he uses the occasional fireball he picked up from his employer.
Magic: Pendle uses runes more than anything, preferring antiquated methods of casting spells using lengthy invocations and rituals. As such, he tends to not use spells much in combat nor in quick scenarios, practicing it more as a hobby than anything. However, he is capable of binding such spells to talismans and staffs. These are hard to make, but allow the spells to be used pretty much instantly. If you want a more detailed description of the rune magic, check out the old Thelema beliefs (Major tomes are the Ars Goetia, the Lesser Key of Solomon, and a few others I can't think of at the moment.)
Equipment: Pendle prefers to fight hand-to-hand, but will pull a knife if he needs to. Overall, though, he just tries to stay out of combat, usually running at the first chance. To facilitate this, he practices parkour, though he's not great.
