((I'm still not on board with it, if only because it would still result in, well, Teppelin crashing because there is no way the engineers would instantly realise all machinery works on mana.
Basically, there is a consequence to absolutely annihilating the most technologically advanced nation's tech and it WILL result in a lot of people being killed. There is no way that can be spun into a slice-of-life. Ever.
Oh, and you still have to deal with all the mundane or slightly-less-than-magical guys, i.e Yukari, Bruce, etc.))

((Not when the will of the people is sapped by all their technological things breaking and the seeming coming of the End Times is upon them, thus reducing the Spiral Energy output and resulting in the same 'Teppelin crashes and kills almost everyone on it' ending.
Oh, and no Simon/Kamina/Team Gurren-type figure to raise morale, either. That was the only reason Spiral Energy kept anything up anyway. No figurehead to unite under, no Energy.
So yeah, we have three options:
A. Retcon the entire beginning of Sanure's plot
B. Take his good end, because his bad end fucks over just about everyone.
C. Start over entirely.))

I suggest Atlas or Vacuo. Atlas, because it looks like a technology place, judging from the Paladins and the Knight-class soldiers, or Vacuo because nothing from Vacuo's been done yet, except, from what some theories say, Emerald.

Also, Electrical systems would no longer work normally, instead having to rely on something else due to De-stabilization of the magnetic field surrounding the planet due to the detonation caused by the angeloid known Sanctum self destructing. Otherwise world is pretty normal.))((So....Yukari's rifle breaks, Teppelin crashes into the Earth, being kept aloft by essentially Spiral Energy Engines that would be destroyed by the ending, Madness descends into chaos as every single modernised thing breaks in two, the Arena shuts down because it can no longer safely guarantee the recovery of its participants....
.....oh and Teppelin's crash would be roughly equivalent to a meteor impact. And kill thousands, if not millions of sylphs and beastmen alike. And make Miaka sad. Being that herself, Lonne and Neppo would be the only survivors of Teppelin.
Yeeeaaaaah I would not call that normal.))
