Description: Fearsome looking guy. Acts like a jerkass, actually is somewhat nice- however, backhanded compliments and snarky comments will be common even when he IS being nice. He hails from Teppelin, the Sylph kingdom Miaka hails from, and wandered off with his younger adoptive brother Neppo to seek new adventures.....or to escape being punished for accidentally blowing something up. It's complicated.

Race: Unknown. He appears to be a young, thin boy with light-blue hair and grey eyes.
Description: A quiet boy Lonne adopted after he found him in an abandoned house among the ripped apart corpses of what looked to be cultists, Neppo was found scared, starving and alone. The man took pity upon him and took him in as a younger sibling, wandering the world with him ever since.
