It's not the schools fault.Pretty sure that's policy everywhere in the world to let the school handle it. At best, the cops will only get called if the student pulled a weapon and deliberately tried to kill a teacher. Hitting them would get them suspended.

He's got a point. The school would handle it, not the cops, unless the school has a resident cop, but as I've only seen that in England and I'm not sure how they do it in Japan, I don't think so.
