".....like something isn't....right. She's too....nice. Nobody has ever been that nice, though some have come close."
The unsaid "to me" is left hanging in the air.

Ophelia shakes her head.
"My.....slip has nothing to do with you. At least......it is not something you can fix."

4472
"It......is none of your concern. Hopefully. If your concern is whether or not it will affect my performance or my ability to aid you, it will not. As for the tea leaves, I believe Lord Mircea acquired some. I placed them in the pantry."

4473
The briefest flicker of guilt (and was that fear?) flashes across Ophelia's face before she continues, her expression returning to calm placidity.
"I see. I will leave it to you and Miss Inui, then. I would advise you to be softer with her, however; I do not need to read her mind to know she is troubled by something.

As for this weapon, it seems we will need those records. Harmony has promised us access to them, which she will discuss with us in the coming days. Is there anything else you require of me?"

Faith sighed a little and shrugged, looking at Minato with an expression that was a little bit sour and a little bit resigned.
"Yeah, well, what can you do, right? I guess I just have to... try to lean on you all for a while while I learn to adjust to this. I hope that's not... too much to ask, I guess."
Minato returns to an easy smile. This was a more comfortable position for him; one where he could have someone's back. Dates were hard for him; being a good friend, not so much.

Then again, Noriko had proven he could make mistakes there too.
"I'll try my best for you, Faith. Don't worry about it."

4475
"No, you are just easy to understand. Oh, my apologies. That was.....rude. An unfortunate habit of mine. I'm sorry.

In any case, if you would like me to conduct a scan on Miss Inui's mind, I could. Unless you would like to discuss this with her directly. For my part, on my sweep of you all prior to your battle, I did not detect the entity called Tatsuki Ogami.

As for the weapon...repairing it would be useless to us and would make it even more valuable, should it fall into enemy hands. In any case, I am not quite sure even a man of your experience would be able to repair it without knowing the processes by which it was created."

Ophelia rolls up her sleeves and produces a small glass jar full of greenish ointment, which she carefully unscrews the lid off of and gently slathers over his wounds. True to Ophelia's words, it stings quite a bit. She keeps her eyes on his wound as she continues talking.
"I will need more records from this world's history to confirm my suspicions, but it seems to be a long-range magical device, designed to provide clairvoyance over a desired area, and then with application of energy, bombard the area with burst of magic. The weapon is broken; it wouldn't work without someone fixing it, but Discord most likely knows how to repair it.

Though what Discord would need with such a weapon is beyond me; he does not know the location of our base, so he can't bombard that, and bombarding a field of battle would risk catching his own people in it. As soon as I can access records about this, I can tell you more; Harmony has promised us to locate an old library that may assist us.

Is there anything else you would like me to take care of? You seem troubled."

Alright, boyos, time for the first sheet review. Anyone I don't get this time around because you haven't made a sheet yet, I'm having a look at your sheets next Friday, so that'll give you guys about an extra week to fix yours.

-snip-
Nothing to report. Backstory's good. You're all set.

-snip-
The only mechanical issue I have with this is that Incapacitating Conjuration has a useless drawback as Juliet is a balanced attacker now rather than a ranged speedster. You'll need a stronger drawback. Backstory-wise, you're good.

Just fix the drawback and you're set.

-snip-
BLANK BANSHEE needs to run off of Mobility rather than Defense. Anything to do with rolling around or phasing to avoid attacks is Mobility rather than Defense; think of it as the difference between avoiding an attack and wearing armor to negate it. Videotape is a pain to run, so I'd prefer not to run it unless absolutely necessary. If possible, do try to restrict it to Taro. LOADING is a no-go; it screws directly with turn-order, which goes against the 'no crunch can affect the system' rule.

Backstory-wise, very interesting. I like it.

-snip-
We fixed the main mechanical issue with this last night, and backstory-wise you're good. Nothing to report.

-snip-
Your stats are all over the place and very inaccurate for what they do, in particular your ranged attacks. Rune Storm, any ranged Pyrokinesis, Maelstrom and anything else you have at range is going to be absolutely terrible at 2 Ranged, even if you super-focus your stat description on them. Also, I'd like you to be clearer on what Enchant Magic Item does. If it's a permanent enchantment, I'm noping it; persistent things between battles are an automatic no. His actual role is also very unclear; it seems like Ash is trying to do too much of everything and failing very badly at it.

Backstory-wise, it seems very sparse and rushed to me, and all the detail seems to be filtered out in favour of quantity of events. You need to expand on this a lot more if you want this to be better.

-snip-
No tanking stuff by taking it in the backside. Aside from that, you're good. Backstory's interesting, so that's a point in your favour.

-snip-
Nothing to report on mechanically and an interesting backstory. You're good to go.

-snip-
Shield Wall has a bad drawback; as with Juliet's drawback, it weakens Brynhildr in a stat that she hardly uses anyway, as Brynhildr doesn't dodge and doesn't have the capability to dodge anyway. Give it a more substantial drawback. Also, she has no way of drawing aggro or forcing enemies to engage her, which weakens her as a meatshield tank; if she can't force enemies to attack her, they'll just ignore her and attack her allies. She needs either some way of closing in (which would go off her very weak Mobility stat) or some way of dragging them in to her.

Backstory-wise, needs more elaboration on the genetic bloodline part and who the Lodbroks are. That's a potentially interesting lore hook that gets more or less sidelined, and as you've not put much about Ragnar himself it's not particularly great on that front either.

-snip-
Kaboom does nothing; her explosions are already covered by what her stats do, and neither does Explosooooooshun, as you could fluff her transformation as her first attack to begin with. Anybody want some Barbeque is noped; it persists between battles, which is a pain to keep track of.

Backstory-wise, nothing in particular to say.

People with sheets that don't need fixing: Jilladilla, BlitzDungeoneer, KingMurdoc, spümpkin
People with only minor fixes needed: DragonRage, Gary_S_Modd
People with major fixes needed: Sl4cker, kj225, Glass

Anyone I forgot or who hasn't submitted a sheet yet, I will get around to you next Friday.

"Oh. Hi. I'm Norio, Norio Ozawa. Nice to meet'cha."
He extends his hand towards Sera, upon which a ruby ring is worn.

Ophelia produces a bag of medicines of her own, pulling a stool up for Nobunaga.
"Please, sit down and show me where your injuries are. This will sting somewhat, I'm afraid. Then I can also discuss the matter of the weapon with you."

Theodore, for his part, simply seems unperturbed, despite having spent most of the battle unconscious. He briefly looks torn between actually looking grateful for Lucette's heal, before very rapidly masking it with his usual brashness.
"Hmph. Even a man of my godly talents can make mistakes. Still, at least our healer was able to keep up, which is....commendable."

4480
"New? Uh, yeah. I did help you guys out. You ARE with those guys, right?"
The young man points at Kumo, Leonidas and Mircea.

4481
A brown-haired boy, barely in his twenties by the looks of him, seems to be wandering around and nobody can quite figure out where he came from.

4482
Ryuko nods slowly.
"She's.....w-what you kinda expect....someone called Harmony to be. All....holy...and motherly and.....golden."

4483
Ryuko shakes her head.
"N-not....really."

4484
"Ah, well, I guess that's fair. But, y'know, it can't be healthy to just run off on your own, either. Trust me when I say I'm speaking from experience here. You sure you wanna just go off to, uh..."
Levis takes a moment to glance around.
"...whatever corner of the castle you prefer, I guess?"
Ryuko pauses for a moment. She sighs.
".....no, no, I don't."

4485
Ophelia shakes her head.
"There will be no need. I can treat his wounds. I must speak with him anyway."
