Pestilence is joined by Andras, riding on a dark horse with bat wings, in full demon form as a red-skinned owlman and....Bast? Yes. Bast, riding on a camel.

They seem to be riding following the river for a bit.

She doesn't need to. The rider of Pestilence stands in her full glory, her horse looking menacingly diseased, with miasma clouds surrounding it. Lily is herself clad in black and green armor, a large axe at the ready.

She looks over Compendium and around, before shaking her head and riding off without a word.
