Hmm, interesting theme. I do have a handful of questions, if I may. Can I go with branched evolutions that come in pairs? Paired Eeveelutions (e.g. Umbreon/Espeon; Glaceon/Leafeon)? Finally, though I'm not sure if I'll actually use either, would it be OK with you if I used either sea serpents (Gyarados/Milotic) or jellyfish (Tentacruel/Jellicent) as a star-crossed love ("despite their love, forever shall they be divided by their incompatible breeding groups")? Actually, the whole team is pretty much named for star-crossed love...maybe I should throw in some literal stars (Starmie "Zhi Nu" and Jirachi "Niu Lang") for additional amusement. I wonder if that's taking it too far, though, and they don't meet the gender requirements...Long as you can justify it with fluff or ships, I'm cool with it.
