THE SHIPPING TOURNEY
Rules:
1.It is a double tourney. As such, any and all double stuff applies.
2. Any Pokemon pairs must be either a male and female of the same species, or male and female counterparts of each other, i.e Latias/Latios, Cresselia/Darkrai, Heatran (male)/Heatran (female, Mothim/Wormadam.
3. Unless specifically stated, all other rules are applied.

Screw it. If Projeck leaves, I'm out, simple as.
Why? I am fucking sick of arguments. I had to deal with this enough times in the last two Pokemon Leagues on Bay12 and Pantheon. There is a REASON I now run the Pokemon League and Pantheon shut down.
