((Possibly, but the stuff is DC 60 MAG roll to make so its not very strong. If you put a whole pouch of it directly into the lung or kidney or something, that may work though, but not perfectly as it encourages cell regrowth, not full regeneration, so if a chunk of the lung is missing, the tear will be repaired, not the missing part of the lung))
