The crucifix Shadows ram into Anna and Richard. Richard dodges by jumping to the side.

A Shadow leaps out at Cyrielle! It seems to be a Maya, a blob with a mask on it's...head?
Maria's parent's room door swings open....and her parents are now in coffins.
Two cross-shaped Shadows block Anna and Richard's way.
"Persona."
He fires the Evoker at himself. Ixion, his Persona, appears.
"Anna, let's clear the way, shall we?"

Maria cautiously makes her way around, shocked by the fact that her glass of water had turned to blood.

The clock strikes twelve.
All electronics shut off. Anyone not aware of the Dark Hour is immediately turned into a coffin. Anyone who is aware , or anyone who has the potential, stays awake.

All water is turned to blood. The sky is green, and the moon seems more menacing than usual.
Richard stands up.
"Let's roll."
He smiles.
Maria wakes up.
"Huh...wha-?
Holy....where'd the lamp go? Why is my glass full of BLOOD?!"
(Normal) "One family member who probably hates me.

Isn't that just my damn luck?"

The air is heavy. It seems full of anticipation.
