He did a "zipping my mouth shut" gestured.

"Thinking 'bout something, big sis?"

Alistair was also in the living room. He smiled at Selina.
"Morning, sis!"

Rhadamanthys, of course, was still awake. He was brooding silently at the edge of the corridor.
He watched Nuriel so her thing.
"Hellfire."
He quickly dressed Kyle, leaving Maria be, <Hell knows I'm touching her without her knowing, she's already scissor kicked me in the groin twice>. He then lifted Kyle back into his room, before lifiting the blanket over Maria.

He then returned to brooding.

Maria tossed and turned in her sleep.

Anima was remembering painful memories.

Anima was in a dark, stone room.
She was next to two healers, and she was standing in front of a slab.

The healers were desperately attempting to console an angered Anima.
"Highest Priestess, I assure you, we can-"
"I travelled around the world, finding the pieces of his corpse and putting them back together. And you cannot bring him back? You have the powers of gods themselves. Do you not?!"
"But, Priestess-"
"I will not permit it."

The look on Anima's face spurred the healers into action. They attempted to heal the aforementioned corpse, which was bandaged together, and call the soul back.
"Is it working?"
"We're trying, Priestess!"

The corpse barely moved. Anima gripped her staff.

Then it twitched.

Anima's surprise was clear.

The healers stepped back, and the corpse rose, facing Anima.
"You are returned-
A faded sound, followed by "...do not attempt to bring me back!"
"But I have spent so much time attempting to bring you back!"
"Why? It cannot be done. I cannot stay, my love. I cannot."
"No....please...."
"I cannot. The dead cannot truly be brought back, not without power greater than yours."
"But....I have tried so hard...."

The man approached Anima, hugging her.
"I'm sorry. I love you."
He then stepped back onto the slab, and shook violently. His body returned to lying on the slab, motionless, and a translucent white mist exited his body, going west.

Anima stood there, barely moving. Her eyes were brimming with tears.
The healers attempted to console her, but nothing they said moved Anima.

She was grieving. She had lost someone.

She had never truly felt the feeling of loss before.

"Oh dear."

Maria releases her.

Rhadamanthys perked up.
"I sense....exposition! And temporary loss of reproductive capability.....god damn that woman can kick."

Also, Anima subplot anyone?

If anything, it seems like Maria's more likely to be the one who dies alone right now. :3
