1. Get everyone shitfaced and drunk.
2. Give them a load of chopsticks, several with numbers on them, one with a red mark.
3. Give the chopsticks out.
4. Whoever gets the red chopstick is the 'King', and whatever they do must be done by the number they call out.
5. Rinse and repeat until everyone is passed out.
6. ???
7. PROFIT!
