I already told you, no shipping there. Barth is a medic and is worried about his teammates. Notice how he has a limit to how much he can worry about someone in detriment of the others. Case in analysis: the fact he hasn't chased after Iris this time, even though she disappeared again.
And yet you ship Richard/Iris without too much shipping there neither.
Keep in mind that the very last time Iris and Richard interacted was having a small squabble in the canteen.
Seriously, I for some reason like the couple. XP

Added a glossary and elemental weakness system to the Persona part of the Bestiary.
The latter bit is for translating weaknesses/resistances to/from Persona to other systems.
