As I said, the Persona version is the 'non Final-Fantasy' version. The 'Velvet Room' will just essentially be the Summoning Circle, just retiled and given different reactions.

Said current has been inactive since 31.25 and hasn't been updated since. If I do continue on my current I'd be starting from scratch, since most of the mods content relied on the syndrome system 34.01+ removed and replaced with interactions.

Hello, this is ElfCollab here, with a set of choices for you lot. I'm the maker of the Final Fantasy mod, which , for the moment, has stopped development while I figure out the kinks of the interaction system. However, I'm doing an interest check: Which mod would you want to see out:

A comparison of the two mods I'm planning:

Final Fantasy:
-Summon system in Fortmode with a 'Summoner's Circle'
-Ronso, Cait Sith, Qu, Black Mage, and Moogle civs
-Nethcite, Magicite, and Auracite
-Anvil of Souls to make some of the series' weapons (Excalibur, Masaumune, the Buster Blade)
-A magic system based on that of the series
-Elemental resistances
-Mod will be based on the series up to X only, not counting side series

Persona:
-Similar summon system, instead using the Velvet Room as a workshop
-'Resident' civs
-Elemental resistances
-Power based on Arcana
-Mod would be based on 3 and 4 only.
-Fusions, if possible (Kill one Persona, evolve the other Persona and add attacks to it, sorry if this isn't convincing,this is the only way I can think of that replicates the Fusion system)

Both would:
-Add new civs
-A summon system
-Roaming monsters (Deadly Nightshade/Deadly Hablerie)
-Unsummonable Megabeasts (Kunino-Sagiri/Sin)
-Items actually USEFUL to adventurers.
-Various fluff like changed fortmode music.
-Drops (Money, potions, etc, etc.)

As stated above, I'm doing an interest check based on what people would like to see out more as a DF Mod now that both are possibilities (Thank you almight Toady). Choosing one over the other won't stop me making the other mod, it'll just make me prioritize the preferred mod.

On the topic of the Final Fantasy mod, I might resume development, but this is also an interest check to see if people like the concept.

Sorry for the necro, but could I edit the raws for the fluffballs for use in a couple of mods I'm planning? I just want to remove their attacks and use them as a sort of catalyst for summoning creatures.

How do I make a certain rock/s not appear normally? I need to make a rock that boils at normal temperature and I need it to NOT show up normally, I need it to only be seen when a reaction is done.
