Blast it all! That dwarf was a traitor! He backstabbed me...or attempted to. I tossed his lot off of the cliff. I could sense his affinity with the elves right off... Unfortunately, he managed to sting me with something or other, because my old body (I write this in the body of the dead traitor) saw him wander hopelessly around...

As for those voidwalkers, my soul is mine. MINE.

20th of Slate:
I possessed a new body, and hid along the paths, when our leader and his guards saw me. I looked him straight in the eye, and he recognized me as Winterdirge. Good that he did, or he would be next to be possessed should I have died. As for those voidwalkers....I think they sense my belonging to the realms of the dead. They want me dead. Well...I will cling on to this mortal coil with every inch and fiber of my being, until the last elf falls!
