You mean the fluffball? And it could also be set on fire. :D

Because.

Goblins are only horrific ground-dwellers.
Fluffy wamblers are freaks of nature, not meant to exist but for the single mistakes the gods made in creating their world.

That is my answer.

Tried it with GCS poison and some modded creatures immune to it. Elf torture ensued.

FLUFFY WAMBLERS EXPLODE FROM PEOPLES CHESTS! THEY ARE NOT GOBLINS!

You dump the BARREL, not the LIQUID.

And it must be in a pool of water.

Granted. You die from suffocation from being crushed by the snow.

I wish for a pet rock.

I can think of an easier way. It involves a pair of caged goblins.

The restoration of Dirgefurnace is at hand.

After finally caving in to the demands of the goblin inhabitants of the fort that we bury the goblin invaders, we have begun the long, painful walk back to normality. Only 3 dwarves, 3 goblins and 2 kobolds remain. The others went insane or were killed in the fight, which was big enough to consume most of the town, and to require the use of a magma resevoir. So far, only two of those remaining are uninjured, a dwarf who was lucky to be locked in a ballista battery for the siege, and a kobold who was also lucky to be looking for jewels in the mines.

No metalsmiths: All of those, with the exception of the siege engineer and the jewel miner were in the militia from Day 1.
No way to farm: All of my survivors are not even good at farming.
No way to trade: The depot was destroyed by magma and the broker was killed in the fight.
No hope for Dirgefurnace, especially now that I think there is a forgotten beast waiting...

Dwarves do not get burnt by magma. Magma wraps them in their warm embrace.

Bowelves get mowed down by marksdwarves. We capture exotic animals in our cage traps and release them on our enemies. We have no need of trees: we need only the giant mushrooms that grow in the dark dank caves we call home.

Your argument is rendered invalid. Proceed with the counterargument.

Barring HFS, gobbo invasion, kobold thieves, treehugging cowardly cannibals, or wild animals.

Oh, and insanity.

The lack of DWARVES in that image displeases me greatly. It must be thrown in magma and remade PERFECTLY.

(Seriously, nice pic.)

I was sent to kill a Herald of The Apocalypse (powerful mega I modded in). Those creatures have skin harder than candy. They are the ultimate soliders: skilled in every single combat skill you'd care to name, 3 times as big as a human, blindingly fast and able to disintregrate your entire body in one hit.

I approached this mission with trepidation, and I was shaking as I entered its shrine.

I shot it straight in the eye. It fell like a rock, leaving a nice big candy mace for me to pick up.

Without even a single scratch.

Or burn it and throw it at the nearest elf.
