Appearance: Hecate is of above average height for a girl of her age, with a somewhat lithe frame, somewhat attractive looks and a rather large chest.  She has deep green hair in a ponytail- a result of a magical accident in her youth- and naturally emerald eyes. Hecate often dresses in sharp black suits, attempting to appear as sharp-dressed as possible, often with a black tie; only rarely does she dress casually.
Personality: Despite being well-dressed and refined-looking, Hecate is pretty laidback and calm- sometimes uncouth, even, but still hardworking. She's rather hot-blooded when a fight gets started, albeit hiding her true analytical skill. She tends to watch out for those weaker than her or those who are her friends, becoming intensely loyal.
Backstory: Hecate was born to a family of mages who claimed descent from a powerful nymph, explaining their immense magical power. However, she never really showed aptitude for magic at all, hardly being able to spark a fireball or summon a golem. Hecate was seen as a black sheep, and indeed seemed on the verge of being evicted from the family until an incident involving a misfired spell occurred, and Hecate interrupted the spell in midair by manipulating the magic behind it, forcing it to fizzle out. It eventually occurred that Hecate possessed the rare ability to perceive supernatural energy and essentially use it to interrupt, amplify or interfere with the use of magic and other energies, or even destroy other spells. Seeing an opportunity, she sunk herself into the study of Manipulation and was carted off to Voidlight to continue her studies.

Perks: Mystic Eyes of Circuit Perception: Hecate has the ability to perceive the supernatural energies in an enemy as a 'circuit' of some sort. For every 2 points in SYN/INT (the higher of the two) an enemy has, Hecate gains +1 to rolls against them. For every 2 points in SYN/INT (the higher of the two) an ally has, Hecate's support abilities boost them by 1 extra point or add 1 point of extra damage.
-Manipulation Specialist: Hecate specialises in manipulating the supernatural power within her opponents and allies to boost them or to cause damage. Enemies take an extra [Enemy's SYN/INT (which ever is higher)*1.5] damage from Hecate's damaging spells. Also, Hecate's status abilities cannot be negated by any means. However, Hecate cannot cast anything outside of her affinity.

Affinities: Supernatural Energy Manipulation, the ability to manipulate the use of supernatural abilities and the control of such energies.

0 - Energy Implosion [Basic Attack] : Hecate overloads the target's energy circuits, causing them to injure the opponent. Inflict [2d4+SYN] Damage.
0 - Power Nullification  [Basic Defense] : Hecate uses her knowledge of energy manipulation theory to blunt the effect of an incoming spell. Block [2d4+SYN] Damage.
I - Energy Overcharge : Hecate sets a target's ability to be more powerful than the normal or causes a spell to backfire on an enemy. When used on an ally, add [Hecate's SYN+1d6] to the ability's effect. When used on an enemy, the enemy's ability gains a [SYN/2] penalty to rolls and implodes on them, dealing [1d4+Enemy SYN] damage to them. One turn cooldown.
I - Power Quickening : Hecate quickens the pace of an ally's or her own abilities. When used, the last ability used by the target is used again on the same target at halved effect. Cannot be used on Power Quickening. Two turn cooldown.
I - Circuit Disruption : Hecate disrupts an enemy's energy circuits, causing them to lose access to their supernatural abilities temporarily. Enemies struck are Disrupted, requiring a SYN/INT save on the enemy's part (depending on the stat used to funnel their supernatural power) and losing access to any supernatural abilities for two turns. Two turns. Enemies cannot be Disrupted consecutively.

Inventory:
- Amala Pendant: A focus used by the Amala family to increase the effects of their spells. +2d4 to Ability Damage/+2 to Ability Effects.
- Amala Boots: Enchanted boots worn by Amala casters. In Hecate's case, nice-looking loafers. +1 DEX and SYN.
- Spellbook: A spellbook Hecate feverishly studied until she realised she couldn't do magic. +1 to knowledge rolls pertaining to supernatural energies.
- Nice Suit: Not an actual piece of equipment, just something worthy of its own inventory slot. A bespoke suit, designed for Hecate. It compliments her figure well and strikes a nice image, being all black and business-like.
