Good. We're a Shonen Hero, we're only ever good guys who fight against the evil empire lead by the bad guy who killed our dad! Or girlfriend! Or someone important to us! And we'll defeat him in a dramatic journey during which we shall learn new techniques to beat the big bad with!

Miki twirls her brand-spanking new flintlock pistol and examines her cutlass, both weapons pulsing with green energy and covered with intricate patterns and carvings. She grins as she looks at her hat and pimpin' coat, looking around herself with awe. Sheathing her cutlass and keeping her flintlock, she twirls it in her hand once more, pointing it down and away from Hara and Hinata.
"And I even got the sweet hat and coat! Heh, well then. So, we're fighting that monster thing, right?"

If anyone were paying attention to Miki, they'd notice her legs were shivering, ever so slightly.
