As long as Miki is respectfully disobedient. "I'm sorry, I won't" is much better in Kimiko's book then "No, fuck you", after all.

Well, Miki is the 'live and let live' kind. As long as Kimiko doesn't do anything that seriously pisses off Miki (which is a very small list), Kimiko is probably more likely to just get respectful disobedience than Miki absolutely blasting them in the hammiest way possible. No point in disrespecting a friend (that is, not teasing them but genuinely aiming to hurt).

Kimiko and Miki are better:
-Both can bond over sports (Miki's a track star, Kimiko is a tennis affectionado)
-Miki is the kind of girl who doesn't give a shit about weird stuff, although she'd just nod and smile when she talks about animism
-Also because it's the short girl/tall girl, poor girl/rich girl, rowdy girl/uber-polite girl combo

About the only thing they might disagree on is Miki not giving a shit about authority that imposes itself on her (and probably why Miki's a pirate of all things).

Mio seems to be considering their options.
