Yeah, it would be. Lillian doesn't go around repairing clocks, she makes tea and biscuits for little kids and her friends; her actual talents aren't things that she does in the public view of everyone else. The only people who would even know she's a crack shot or she's a mechanic are people who hang around her all the time and have seen her do it. And even then, you'd still have to make the logical leap from 'she's a talented sharpshooter with know-how' to 'she's an elite cop with power armor'.
If he doesn't like rich kids that much, I doubt he'd even bother actually looking into her hobbies until someone asked.
