I'm just asking if a trained hero can have a magic device, basically, made by someone else. It's actually super important for multiple elements.
Quoting for GM-samaA few questions:
-I am considering having a character with powers based around light. If I were to take Elemental Control: Light, and take Movement as one of the powers that come with it, could the movement be turning into light for a moment and dashing a distance? Or would that be Alternate Form: Light?
-Do we specify backstory from before the character was at the town, or just how they've lived in it?
-When will players be selected? On what criteria, specifically?
-Will there be a waitlist in case a player drops out or their character dies and for whatever reason cannot return?
The stat rolls cap at 8, so the limit for the total from rolls 48. Although if you'll need proof for the rolls and if you've just been rerolling until you got one you liked then I don't think that'll be accepted.I didn't know about the 'rerolls under 20' rule so I did it again. If I hadn't gotten decent stats, I would've stayed with my current stat spread because it's far better anyway. I linked the roll history to my last post.
Again, not the GM, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
