Also, I may be making some tweaks to the rules before the game actually starts, which is good because I have a month to actually work on those tweaks.

This is the first tweak: a slot upgrade will now work similarly to Trespassers, so you can either use a slot to get a new Armament/Ability/Move or upgrade two existing ones.

Also the Special Gauge would be simple anyway; Gauge out of a hundred, each landed hit on an enemy puts in 10 in the Gauge. Again, it's a fighting game.

The reason I'm leery about putting in Special Gauges is that it adds another mechanic when I want this game to be mechanic light anyway.

Oh, right, I almost forgot, and in hindsight, I only left this out because it was an absolute pain in the ass to track.

In the original light novels and anime, moves were restricted by something called a 'Special Gauge', like most you'd see in normal fighting games. That way, people wouldn't spam moves normally. I removed it because I felt it was really too much work to put in and I wanted to use less mechanics, but if you would like, I could place it in.
