I suppose you could have an Ability that allows for it (not an Armament or a Move, but an Ability specifically), but without an Ability expended for liquid form, all Metals are always solid (it's kind of the point of a Metal; their trauma specifically wants a wall to separate them from others, which is kinda defeated when you use freaking mercury to build the aforementioned wall).

And if you want to keep Wind bonuses, then you either stay Wind or apply similar bonuses. Don't bother asking about gaseous forms, I'm saying no to extended gaseous transformations for a very long while. It might be possible eventually, but for the moment, you're not starting with them.

If she's a Metal-type, it should be marked and she should have a far more humanoid shape. If she's a Wind-type, the argument stands because she should still have a more humanoid normal form ala Aqua Current.

Weakness Abuse is useless as she would do Synergy Damage that increases by level anyway. There's probably other things, but I'll wait for Twin and Blitz to finish their sheets and I need to finish mine before I start picking things apart.

Not necessarily. Even in the canon, there are Legions that have different colored-members (Nega Nebulus, Helix) and I recall that the Red King tried to recruit Haru to Prominence despite him being a Metal-color and Prominence being Red. Chances are you're just in the same Legion not led by one of the Color Kings.

The Color Legions are mostly your enemies, yes, but there will be one in particular who hates your guts. The others just want you off their land. Other non-Color Legions run the gamut from potential allies to definite enemies.

For the sake of sanity, I suppose you ought to keep to one Legion. I mean, there's nothing stopping you from not doing that, but it'd be a damn small Legion.

Your character has a weapon that is 2 weapons in one, that is nearly impossible to dodge, with no drawbacks at all.
Also to answer this properly:
1. The Pad can't be used as a weapon and the shuriken is a two-in-one weapon in the same sense that sticking a throwing knife to your wrist and using it to jab people makes it a two-in-one weapon; it works but it isn't going to work as well as its intended purpose, which is to throw it at someone's face.
2. It's impossible to dodge by someone who's not fast or nimble enough to keep up with him, which is fair enough. Not impossible to parry for a Dexterity-based character or to outright negate for a Constitution-based character.
3. I'd assume the general drawback is in the fact that Copper Haze is the glassest of cannons and his only form of defense is using the Mirage Projector. God help him if he actually GETS hit.
