I would like to point out the whole poit of blunt weaponry like maces and warhammers is that they did damage through armour, even heavy plate. While it is not true heavier armour increases the damage you get from blunt weaponry.

A mask shaped as a crow covers his face, his odd eyes hidden in shadow. His pupil is slighted slitted, like that of a crow.
