i got the pony graphics to work with the dwarf race, but i could not get it to work on the pony race for some reason

Runesmith lists ponies as "creatures" and not "dwarves". Maybe this has something to do with it.

First thing - Trygons have more mass than Carnifices (as far as I know), and Trygon primes are larger than them (they have a bigger ranged attack, but that's mehish. So easy adaptation).

And it has six claws.

Carnifices are so large because, well... I had to have a megabeast. And I couldn't find something that fit the exact mass interval for one, so I enlarged them.

Aaaand... crap.
It IS affected by the bone stack problem. As in, the entire stack of bones is treated like 1 (one) bone and is spent.

Is there any way around it? Anything?
I mean, the making of armor and crossbows and bolts from bones works fine (1 bone spent), though the decoration doesn't... How?

Can you guess what happens when your fortress is not ready for anything (no decent armaments yet, no real militia), a bunch of migrants arrive... at the same time with a tyrapony lictor brood?
...
Yeah. You probably guessed right.
The lictors killed 6 ponies - both before the migrants made it to the fortress, and after they did, and a lictor found its way in. Fortunately, a woorcutter happened to bring a felsteel axe with him and hit the tyrapony in the head.
I now has a chitin.

31.25 version - 1.3
34.07 version - 1.51T
34.11 version - 1.62

My Little Fortress
!!-Rampage Edition-!!
- 1.62 -

Based upon the original Pony Mod by Nidokoenig, who is also, through the creation of that mod, responsible for driving me to strike the earth. He is awesome.

This mod is an attempt to bring more challenge into the game of Ponymod. It does not care much for canon (well, you won't find any tyranids in My Little Pony), instead trying to maximize the !!fun!!. As there are lots of that to be found in the Fallout: Equestria universe, much is also borrowed from there.

Major features:
-Redesign of the pony creatures. Heavily altered body structure, size, aging, caste composition - all towards more fun.
-Redesign of the pony entities. Altered positions (especially for the diomedians), and ethics.
-New arsenal of weapons with unique weapon sets for each entity. Also new armor.
-Two new pony entities: Chimera Ponies (various monster ponies, playable) and the Unity (alicorns and changelings, not playable).
-New wild beasts, including tyranid ponies, timber wolves and others.
-Various new minerals, alloys, gems, a new type of glass and clay, several new plants.
-Bone blocks and furniture.
-An alchemy system to deal with the new materials.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I found an interesting mod out there (Slime Lands) and decided to mix mine with it. It has these new materials

and so I decided to make some new materials

Okay, now I have free time to play. And what am I doing? I'm mixing and matching MLP mod, Slimelands and my own tyranid ponies.
Which as of now consist of Gaunt (+Termagaunt), Ravener, Lictor, Tyrant (SMB), Trygon (SMB) and Carnifex (MB).
What have I gotten myself into.

BTW: are there any tyranids that fit into the 10-25 ton range? If there are, I'd make them megabeasts and shrink the carnifex back to SMB. Lexicanum has several "monstrous" creatures, but they either have no weight specified, or are too huge (some are compared to a small imperial titan).

Speaking of which, question regarding the earth ponies: Do they have any increases in learning actual combat skills (dodging, weapons, etc) or passive physical power benefits? They seem lacking for any type of military duty, with unicorns out-grasping them + leadership bonus, and pegasus ponies being faster/dodgier flying (which can be useful for positioning flying crossbow-squads)

I think nopony has any increase in combat skills (pegasi-analogs and alicorn-analogs have dodging). And, nopony has any increase in physical parameters (exept the alicorns, who are huge).

As for the usefulness of earth ponies, hmm. My first ever weapon (sword) master was an earth pony.

That's the most interesting sentence I've encountered since this.

Well, it did actually happen.

[incoherent rambling]
Since I can't start a new fort now because the new update is close, I was intending to pass the time with Sword of the Stars II.
And there goes this plan.

...

Haven't seen a game release this screwed up since... ehm... I don't think I ever saw one like this.

I mean, first there's sort of a "mishap" with Steam and it has an unfinished beta version of the game that's unplayable. They promise to fix it, and they do in about 12 hours. And it's the same unfinished version, only with working DLC.
They state that it IS the release version. What.

...

That said, I'd still encourage people to buy this game, though. Kerberos is really working on finishing the game, and there's not nearly enough 4X strategies on the market today to be picky. I'll just think of what I gave for the game as a long term investment. And SoTS1 was really really good.

...

The day isn't a total loss, though. I mean, Amanda Tapping did just now kiss a girl onscreen.
