Make the spikes out of glass/steel/adamantine and do bothFixed.I shall create a fort populated by vampire lords and their groveling mortal servants.
No doubt the vampires are immortal. I shall add in a race that only lives ten years to act as their servants. The vampires sequester the mortals as slaves and breed them to replace the ones lost to accidents, invasions, and feeding. The initial vampires who brought about the situation kill any new vampires that arise unless they need to replenish the vampire population. Ghosts from the unburied haunt the vampires and torment the mortal population. Necromancers are kept in prisons as weaponized semi-allies to raise the many corpses to kill goblin invasions while the vampires look down from their high tower.
Maybe I'll mod in a crusader civilization to try and fail to purge the citadel of darkness, succeeding only in providing more flesh and blood for my dark creatures to play with.
MORTAL KOMBAT!
VAMPIRES VS DWARVES! OVER A ‼BRIDGE‼! WITH MAGMA!![]()

I wonder if we should add a Anonymous creature, something in the shape of a normal human with a bunch of near-fractile arms, with a super-punching attack called a "hack". Naturaly, it will take a bunch of "hackers" to kill Anon, so your only real way to subdue it is to trick it or drop something on it.This sounds like it can inspire an alternate-reality mod in the style of 4chan. All the different boards are separate civilizations. You're going to be hearing tons of screams about /b/EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!!!!
Honestly, tho, I would just put it in there myself to see a bunch of bronies kill off Anonymous, thus ending the age of 4chan.![]()
Speaking of bronies, there is a pony caste in there that is big, loves mining, and needs to drink.
Anyone else likeing where I am going with this?
I suppose that board can be goblins, then again, they would likely advise that they are the main playable race. [Prefstring: Looking like Guy Fawkes]
Alternatively: [Prefstring: Looking like a fine headless suit]
But yeah, a 4chan mod of DF would best be advised not to be attempted.
I can handle 4x4 (I think), I'll do my best anyway--sign me up please!

Nah. I suspect dwarven singing would be more like this:

I'm a little late I guess, but I know from watching two goblins wailing on one of my creatures that they can, in fact, train. For background, I made a fluffball creature a while ago that is completely invincible. Naturally, one of them was attacked during a siege. Two goblin pikemen ganged up on it. Two months later, they were both goblin pikemasters, and were still attacking the fluffball.
If we burn everyone, then we know we'll have burned all the vampires! Victory by annihilation!
It's been a while since I last breached hell, but isn't it a bit of a fall from the candy spire to the floor of hell? I can see using a goblin army to fight against the initial load of demons coming out when you breach the spire. But sending them down into hell will require building a stairway down inside the spire, won't it?
