what this guy said got me thinking,
do all pods get shot down on a deadly way?
if they are salvageable then there should be some research done on a black box thing implemented to the pod, not only to see WHY they were shot down when we make contact, but also encoding some languages and morse all over the ship and send it there.

what is the hardest material we have as of now?

>select the hardest ones and do further testing (temp. resistance, if they shatter easily, etc)

how about sending three sacrificial messages in a can.m Design the container to send a copy of it to float out in space minutes before impact, and shoot another towards the planet (moon). both could contain things related to our culture, simple mechanisms, and carved images.

That would be... Difficult. but I have no idea what to do concerning the UVers, so yeah, alright.

Try the "My baby can read" approach. I will explain it in the proper thread.

At least your trying. I dont seem to see many people using thier threads. So far 2 have been active. The other two are still unused. Also, Maldevious, do you think you can post the links to the treads on the first page.

And Descan. I am still waiting on you to tell me where you would prefer to be.

I thought Descan was in EDE.
He is with me in Formatting. Didnt seem happy about it, though, but I honestly don't want to be all alone in this. Oh well.

I guess. I wanted a fewer number just in case the GM does stealth rolls on wether or not we can sneak in. The others will have a hard time blending in to get in (what a mimic is designed for) and can cause alarm to soon.  But having more means more can be infected faster. Also, yes, lets infect during recess, the children will be in a playful mood, and adults are expecting "play" fighting anyway. and there will be lodes of screaming. . . *goes on and on*

Just stuff as many little ones as we can in the camper, crash through a fence, and turn em loose. No need for stealth.

That plan is good and all, but, the crash will alert the authorities instantly, it will risk us killing everyone inside the car, and it will make getting away harder. I liked the other plan because it left little defense for stopping it in the first place.

Your right. I say we send our mimic to a local elementary school to find children who want to go to the zoo. She has 20 minutes and then she must make her way to were we will be (outskirts off town closest to the zoo). Reccomendation to the GM, Change our view so that we are the child. It will give you a bit of a fresh start and new material without getting rid of the old.

Lets not risk our last mimic. I say just unload the ankle biters during recess and watch the show play out!
