*shrug* It's a victory screen on a Paradox game. It's not like more than 5% of players are gonna see it, especially more than once. ;P

Doing the same thing over and over again, most days of the week and most weeks of the year, for 40 years is not "experiencing life," someone disliking that because they want to experience life is not being contradictory, and the alternative to that is not hedonism. My purpose in life is to experience it. This is why having a singular purpose in task form imposed on me (like being stuck working a job for most of my waking hours) pisses me off so much. It limits my ability to experience life.
No, it doesn't. You wouldn't be experiencing a dyft more of life if you were having supersex with the three most beautiful people in the world while basejumping off the top of Mount Everest. You clearly don't think your purpose is "to experience life" or you wouldn't have any problem with how you live. Your purpose seems much more to be "to enjoy life", ie hedonism.
Uh, hello? What about the Sisters of Battle? The all women militant order? They're Imperium as well? That only matters if they're more than just a token "And THESE guys exist!" thrown in once in a while. I wouldn't know regarding the writers, but in regards to the fans, they're pretty much never mentioned that I can see, except when someone brings in charges of sexism. Which sounds like they're an "anti-sexism totem" to me.
That was hit or miss for me; If they had an orbital station, I could attack it and make the prim-civ hostile that way. Then bombardment is simple.I'm still in that portion of my game, eager to see how it evolves into wartime (I'm trying barbaric despoilers). Fun fact, you can't abduct primitives with the raiding stance since you can't bombard them. I'm disappointed, but I can understand how having what would essentially be a population farm early-game would be broken.
Primitives in what way? Pre-sentients that you can uplift? I'm only asking because I've abducted pops from a Renaissance planet as a Barbaric Despoiler just fine. The fact that they actually grow to fill out the missing pops is great. The fact that all of their species, regardless of where they are, get stellar shock once you take over their planet? Not so great.
That's actually literally what I was talking about. It wouldn't let me bombard atomic age civs.
PSA: most ginger ale in stores is actually sucky ginger ale. real ginger ale sears your mouth like the fury of ten thousand suns and is also more tastyI tried such a ginger ale from a brand called Grace, their Island Soda line.
Not offhand, and I'm a bit too drunk to go researching right now.I haven't had alcohol in about a year now, and I'm always too drunk to try researching American politics.
