Actually, 2 questions.
Do we have to use all the bonus stat points?
Can we have penalties to stat rolls, aka. minus points?

Well, why don't we just say 4 points to spend then? It's effectively what it is.
5% bonus = 1 extra point in the rolls.

Well the d20 lets people have slight bonuses, 5% increments are pretty good, better than what the d6 gives.

That or it's something normal, like having run out of normal dorm rooms. So they just plopped her into one of the supernatural ones instead.
If they were testing us, it would make more sense to put one of us in the same dorm as her.

Ah, he's gone. Hm...
Kumo goes to the computer, searches up and downloads pictures of ancient forests. Changes the background to a picture of an ancient forest with fog and a lake.
Then he makes the screensaver show the many other ancient forest pictures he downloaded.
