The flash clearing, Erika and Yuno see Raelyn in a golden dress. She also seem shorter.

Zoey currently rolling around on the ground, covering her eyes.

There two factors I failed to mention. One, there a min damage of 1 point. And two, it take unmitigated damage to bounce back, 3man simply doesn't have a mitigating spell yet.

Also, random question, is it possible for the magical-girl form to effect personality in any way? I've seen a few MG animes, and some of them have that effect.

In this verse, no, but most magic girls develop a mask to separate their sides. E.G. Shy bookworm, no nonsense mecha magic girl.
