It makes no sense to endlessly hold dice. The utility of having 6 dice is starting 2 projects and widening our options.

Topaz Lance
This advance in Kasgyre engineering came about due to the excess of low-quality lumen crystals now present within the spire. A gem cutter’s apprentice decided to see what happens when a lumen crystal is cut into a lens of the type used to examine jewels for quality. This lumen focusing lens was found in testing to enhance the aetheric projection effects of weapon crystals.
Making use of the strength of Topaz Crystal, this weapon system uses a focusing lens to focus the aetheric energy being projected into a coherent lance. The lance is longer and sharper than a standard aetheric blast, displaying greater ability to pierce a shield without too much of the destructive impact being absorbed.

With the additional anti-air options we're picking up this turn, doing the parrot conversion will allow us to turn that benefit into better support for our ground troops.

With a small core, all that is going to happen is it getting shot by raiders followed by the death of whatever it was escorting.

Apophis Armoured Chariot
This vehicle was put together after investigating the Tos-Mori Truck. We have taken the W3L-Mk1 Engine and built our own four-wheeled chassis around it. Then we added a manually cranked turret and armed it with a Carrera S3M2. The gun is aimed with a the aid of a scope. The driver is set back next to the turret allowing us to more heavily armour the front of the vehicle and make use of a closeable armoured flap for visual access. When closed the driver needs to rely on directions from the gunner. The rest of the vehicle is otherwise lightly armoured. The wheels are left unarmoured and designed for ease of maintenance. We envision this vehicle filling the role of the chariot as a scout and skirmisher, so the crew may benefit from being equipped with binoculars. Entry and exit from the vehicle is via a door in the rear.

Starting up 2 projects next turn might be useful, or we could invest the extra die in AIM.

CryoStat Truck ‘Black Coach’
The latest generation of the CryoStat Tank, this variant is designed from the outset to fit all its machinery inside a truck. An update on the Privateer, the Black Coach uses a number of SynthOil batteries to power an efficient electric motor. When the Black Coach arrives at the deployment point, the cargo section can be unfolded and the CryoStat Tank quickly assembled to form a fully functional device. With the aid of the automation improvements from the Embassy and the use of the SynthOil batteries to power the CryoStat Tank when in deployed mode, a field hospital can be quickly formed. A variant without all the CryoStat machinery can also serve to replace the Privateer entirely.
