Actually it was a bit more than a year and a half.

7.9/10 I see you alot, but I get the impression that you're only semi-known.

6/10 I know that I know you but I can't remember where or why.
Rather like half the people at the large building I'm in five days out of the week.

Roll a d6 made of sheer awesomeness (assuming we have some left over from our other adventures) to see if we can succeed in pulling off a ridiculously insane stunt.

"What does the scouter say about Bush's Mahjong Level?"
"IT'S OVER SIX THOUSAAAND!"
"WHAT?! That thing must be broken!"

I kid you not.
The two minutes of that that I watched just about made my day, going to have to watch the rest tomorrow.

938,302 and a new signature on an average of every three seconds.
about 20,565 seconds
or 342 minutes
or 5.7 hours until one million is reached, assuming the average stays consistent.

Just took a look at the engraver who I decided to make the baroness.
I'm doomed.

It's not so much that I fail at this megaproject, but that I've never quite figured out the logistics to START it:

I want to build an under-the-ocean city made of glass domes. Relatively easy in icy environments... but what fun is that? :P
Two words:
MOSES EFFECT
ie: Whole lotta screwpumps.
Alternatively drain the thing, build domes.  Refill.

A. Vomit f.b.s have gone the other end of a nerf cliff--a single bolt from a marksdwarf or bite from a kitten will break them into pieces (same goes for salt, fire etc--except fire will explode and melt nearby dwarves)

B. Nobles are fun!  Make sure he/she has the best rooms in the fort (tentatively for now, but make a mini-megaproject out of it if you can gem windows, artifact furniture, etc). A good place for a noble is an inactive marksdwarf squad (give him a personal training target).  In a few years he/she will be able to take care of any threats to personal safety in style.

By "best rooms in the fort," I assume you mean something like this:

Historically that's pretty much what my noble rooms have looked like.  (Only with more spikes to make sure that the job gets done.) I think I'm going to go the challenging route this time though.

Drinking Fitz Root Beer and trawling the Sluggy Freelance archives.
Could be Dr. Pepper, but otherwise things are pretty darn good right now.

Good idea, I think that I'll do that, except after I get my actual military up to snuff and get them a steady supply of bolts, they may have actually killed something now, but they still couldn't take on a proper enemy, arena almost finished on a related note.

Thanks for the info on the vomit-beast too, if only the same was true for the bloody pondgrabber...

Granted, you have mad guitar skillz, but every guitar in the world has been destroyed by radical anti-music fourth-dimensional wingers.

Granted, you receive the flying spaghetti monster, who then proceeds to call you a blasphemous heretic and banishes you to the pit of sugary death while apastafarians chant around you.

I wish that I could split split split split split split the atom atom atom atom atom.

Granted, it's revealed that I'm a Saiyan and I proceed to exact my revenge upon you.

I wish that I could ride on a shooting star.

Tried to make a magma moat in 40d.  Made a moat.  Made a wall.  Didn't bother with the magma.

Granted they all start dating and completely ignore you.  You are alone and lonely for the rest of your life.

I wish that I had the time to learn how to play the keyboard again.
