It makes sense that dwarves would use polearms tho. They're short but stocky and pretty strong, meaning they lack reach but have the strenght required to wield big weapons. Halberds would be excellent for them, plus the hammers used by hammerers are almost polearms already (at least if you consider the size of the hammers vs the size of the dwarf).

"I left my galaxy bcuz I'm trans"
A++ character writing.
Also, she felt she wasn't accepted back then? In the mass effect universe, the same universe in which fucking aliens is a more or less accepted thing? Seriously?

Me thinks a major part of the problem rests on the fact that "hate speech" has been deformed into a terrible buzzword that can literally be made to mean anything. Yes, hate speech isn't free speech, but hate speech is a definition that got so arbitrarily inflated that people will label anything they don't like as hate speech, and get away with it. Hell, its currently the most favoured way of silencing opponents.
Look at Sam Harris, for example, easily one of the smartest and most reasonable atheist intellectuals of today, who was repeately called a bigot and a racist for his "hate speech", said "hate speech" being his very sound and well grounded criticism of Islam, and his criticism of other atheist intellectuals that love to throw daggers at christianity and other religions but suddenly become silent in regards to islam, even when islamic terrorism is so endemic, raising the banner of "islamophobia" whenever criticism pops up. Hell, Dawkins himself got banned from atheist events because of his opinions on current day feminism and islam.
The atheist community got hijacked by social justice dweebs and is now little more than a gathering of people demanding safe spaces and unwilling to actualy debate anything, all while bending over to people like Linda Sarsour, which is incredibly ironic and hilarious.

Anyway, I turn my back on this thread for 8 hours and you guys go through discussions on spicy lubricants and furry porn.
I guess this is how God must've felt when he took a bathroom break and came back to find the hebrews having huge orgies and worshipping a golden bull.

« on: April 04, 2017, 08:22:45 pm »Undertale, despite several aspects of the protag (and the characters they interact with) that I would have expected to pose a problem, has a... devoted artisitic community.Are you kidding? Its an indie rpg game created by a guy who composed stuff for homostuck and partly inspire by it, with anthropomorphic animal monster characters who are likely supergay. That thing would get infinite fanart even if it wasn't a decently fun game. This is the post deviantart internet we're talking about, the kind that haves shit even the oldest FurAfinity dwellers would cringe at.

Moreover, if a terrorist's terrorist cells become cancer cells, are said cancer cells antiterrorist cells?

If dead cells are gay vampires, are living cells straight humans?

Hell, with a specialized narrow AI and some gyroscopes, you could literally make auto-aim a real thing.

General Order 24 of the original series is pretty much the source of it all. Its a special fleet command order to a federation starship to destroy a planet. Apparently all startship tier federation vessels have that kind of destructive potential.
EDIT: the episode in which the order is given is called "A Taste of Armageddon"

Actualy, I'm pretty sure the enterprise is fuckoff deadly powerful, it just doesnt exercise its military power most of the time. Photon torpedoes are serious business, and I'm pretty sure some episodes have made the enterprise to be powerful enough to destroy entire biopheres. Considering the kind of tech star trek shows us, they could prob have far more deadlier weapons, but it doesnt make much sense in that kind of setting to have those kind of weapons.
