He's always wearing a cobbled-together flak jacket and a too-big helmet, saying that they will "protect his precious squishy body". Is a wee bit paranoid, after an unfortunate incident involving a surveillance system, a toaster, and enemy fire.

What are everyone's thoughts on importing SAMs this year and then designing our own at a later date? Might toss up a Proposal Beta for the vote if everyone isn't completely against it, and having an air defense in place in case of surprise attacks will be beneficial.
